I installed EngravePro but clicking on the menu items doesn't do anything or there are no menu items, what's wrong?
In some cases (for unknown reasons) EngravePro is unable to properly install itself in the menu bar in CorelDRAW. Re-run the installation to remove EngravePro and restore your workspace. Re-install EngravePro but when asked if you want to overwrite your workspace click "No". After installation completes follow the "Manual Installation" instructions in the user manual.
Do I have to remove an older version of CorelDRAW before installing another version of CorelDRAW if I want to use EngravePro.
Yes. Due to difference and issues between versions EngravePro will only work reliably if there is only one version of CorelDRAW installed on the PC
How many computers can I install EngravePro on?
The price includes two license to be used within the same company. So for example you can have one copy installed in the grpahics department and one on the production floor. You CANNOT however, buy EngravePro and keep one copy for yourself and give or sell the other license to another company or friend.
How much are upgrades when you charge for them?
Upgrades are $100.00

What happens if my computer crashes or we buy another pc to replace the one we currently use? Will we have to buy another license?
Generally the answer is no, you would not have to buy another copy. Our licensing is based upon 1-part software key and 1-part customer honesty.
In the event you need a new unlock code, just send us the submit.txt file generated when you try to run EngravePro on the new or fixed PC.
My company has twenty laser machines and twenty PC's. Is there a volume license discount?
Lucky you. Yes there is. After purchasing the initial package at current MSRP which includes two licenses, each additional license for the same company is only $100.00. So in your case you would have a total package price of $2195.00
